Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • Item must be new, unused, and unopened

  • Returned in original packaging

  • Return request must be made within 10 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Used, opened, or damaged products (unless they arrived that way)

  • Gift cards or promotional items

  • Preorder items beyond the return window

How to Initiate a Return

Email us at Support@Khazabeauty.com within 10 days with:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos of the product and packaging

If approved, we’ll send you return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

If Your Order Arrives Damaged or Incorrect
