Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:

Return request must be made within 10 days of delivery
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:

Used, opened, or damaged products (unless they arrived that way)

Preorder items beyond the return window
How to Initiate a Return

Reason for return

Photos of the product and packaging
If approved, we’ll send you return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
